Multiple reconfiguration radiant panel

This fourth WP is the most ambitious in terms of the final demonstrator envisaged. The aim is to design and develop a Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) radiating panel around 30 GHz, which will enable independent control of the direction of radiation and polarization of the reflected wave. The first step will be to develop a panel enabling the beam to be directed in any direction on two orthogonal linear polarizations. The second step will be to multiply the number of possible polarizations by introducing the possibility of producing circular polarizations.
