Study of chalcogenide glasses and their optical illumination

The main objectives of this first Work-Package are to :

• analyze and study different compositions of chalcogenide thin films;
• select the most optimal compositions for the applications targeted by the MACIEO project;
• manufacture and deposit chalcogenide thin films;
• study the optical illumination parameters that enable reciprocal transition between the amorphous and crystalline states of these materials.
