Le Laboratoire des Sciences et Techniques de l’Information, de la Communication et de la Connaissance (UMR CNRS 6285) is a multidisciplinary research laboratory in the field of information and communication science and technology. Researchers work within a single structure around a central theme: “from sensor to knowledge”. The researchers involved in the project belong to the DH (Microwave Devices) team, and specialize in the design and characterization of reconfigurable microwave devices (filters, antennas, etc.). Having initiated the use of semiconductor junctions directly integrated into substrates for microwave reconfiguration applications, they will bring to the MACIEO project all their experience and skills in this field, and will participate actively in the development of the project's final demonstrators.

Participants :

Denis Le Berre, associate professor specializing in microwave devices, semiconductor technologies and Opto-Hyper, is scientific manager of the Lab-STICC and is responsible for designing microwave demonstrators.

Noham Martin, associate professor involved in the design of electrical circuits and reconfigurable antennas for parts WP3 and WP4 of the project.

Cédric Quendo, associate professor specializing in filters, antennas... is involved in the design of filters and antennas for parts WP3 and WP4 of the project.

Ahmad Rafiquee, PhD student who designs, builds and characterizes microwave demonstrators.
