Combining 2 reconfiguration techniques

the main objectives of this 2nd work package are :

• finalize the complete manufacturing process for circuits and antennas integrating the 2 reconfiguration processes;
• design and develop simple microwave structures combining 2 electrical and optical reconfiguration processes;
• develop a generic platform for controlling both optical and electrical control signals.
